How do I track my order?

Once you place the online order you will receive an order confirmation mail. Within 3 business days of placing your online order, you will receive “item despatch” email indicating tracking number. If you have not received your “item despatch email” within 2 business days after placing the order, kindly contact amila@ceytas.com.au or you can call +61470370002.  

 

What should I do if I receive damaged item/  incorrect item/  or some of my ordered items are missing?

Have I completed my order successfully?

All successful orders will receive an order confirmation email. Please do not forget to check your junk mail too.

 

Do I need to create CeyTas account to purchase items online?

Not at all. You can easily purchase your items as a guest.

 

Can I amend/cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

Extremely sorry. We are not in a position to make any alterations and additions to your order,  once you place the order online. We humbly request you to review your cart before checking out.

 

Can I amend the delivery address after placing the online order?

Our system is automated and therefore we are unable to amend your delivery address after placing the order. However, you can re-direct your order via the Australia Post tracking we provide you. My favourite product is “Out of Stock”. When can I get it?

Kindly send us an email to  amila@ceytas.com.au with your contact details. We will send you an email when your favourite product is available.

 

How can I get samples of my favourite product before buying it?

We are unable to send out samples. However, you may purchase samples of loose leaf tea. Please contact amila@ceytas.com.au or you can call +61470370002.  

 

I am ordering a gift. Can you send it without an invoice or price tags?

Yes. We ensure that your loved one receives your tea gift without any invoice or a price tag. We will e-mail you the relevant details separately.

 

What delivery service does CeyTas use?

All orders within Tasmanian postcodes 7248 and 7250 will be delivered free of charge within 1-2 business days. Furthermore, customers who would like to collect tea personally can inform early and items can be kept ready at Launceston Office 34 Margaret Street, Launceston, TAS 7250. All other Australian orders dispatched are shipped with Australia Post.

 

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

 

Standard delivery:

Dispatch of your online order from Launceston, Tasmania will be between 1- 3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.

 

Express delivery:

Express orders are dispatched no later than next business day from Launceston, Tasmania.

 

Please note: That this does not include weekends or public holiday and selected delivery times will apply after dispatch. Peak periods and promotional events may impact these timeframes.

 

Once your order is dispatched from our Launceston office you will receive an item dispatch confirmation email, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of your email – this will take you to the Australia Post website. From here you can get recent updates on the location and progress of your order.

 

Please note that there may be unexpected delays due to the impacts of COVID-19. 

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We ship all orders with Australia Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:


Domestic shipping timeframes:

Standard: Typically, 5 - 7 business days

Express: 1 - 5 business days


International shipping timeframes:

Australia Post estimates international delivery can be up to 10 - 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.


What about delays and losses?

Please note that CeyTas is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.

I have received my dispatch email and my order is being delivered to the wrong address! What can I do?

This may happen if you have put a wrong address at checkout. If the order has not yet been delivered, you can redirect your parcel via the Australia Post tracking we have provided you in your item dispatch email. What are the shipping costs of CeyTas?

Delivery within Australia:

Enjoy free delivery within Tasmanian postcodes 7248, 7249, and 7250.

Enjoy FREE AUS POST STANDARD delivery for all online purchases over AUD 75 within Australia.

 

Weight based delivery charges within Australia.

0.5kg or less = AUD 8.95

0.5 kg - 1 kg = AUD 12.20

1kg to 3 kg  = AUD 15.35 

3 kg and up = AUD 18.50


Express shipping charges in Australia.

0.5kg or less = AUD 11.95

0.5 kg - 1 kg = AUD 15.70

1kg to 3 kg  = AUD 19.35 

3 kg and up = AUD 25.50


International delivery:

Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases over AUD 149.

Online purchases of $149 or less can be delivered from Australia for AUD 49.


Can CeyTas ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can. Please enter your PO Box address into the delivery address field as normal.

What payment types does CeyTas accept online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. Soon Zip and Afterpay will be available.

 

How do I use a promo code?

Head to your shopping bag, and under your order total, enter your promo code in the box that says ‘Enter promo code’ and click ‘Apply’.

What is the return policy of CeyTas?

CeyTas is constantly working for customer delight. If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 90 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.


If your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please note: If you wish to receive a refund for items purchased online, CeyTas do not cover the cost to return these items to us. Items purchased online may be exchanged for another item. 

 

How long will my refund take?

Please contact amila@ceytas.com.au if you need to complete a refund for online purchases. Once your items have been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
