Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings (BOPF) is a black tea. Its particles are smaller than BOP, popular in the higher elevations. Taste stronger than BOP whilst retaining all other characteristics.
 
Once the sealed pack is opened, please store in an airtight container to preserve the freshness and original quality of the Labookellie BOPF tea.  
 
Brewing Guide
Rinse the teapot with warm water.
Add one teaspoon of tea per person.
Pour pure boiled water over the tea. Temperature 95 – 100 C.
Allow tea to brew for two minutes.
Pour the brew to cups using a strainer.
